• Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase, within 24 hours of placing the order. If you do not receive this email, please contact Sb Atelier Créatif (sb.ateliercreatif@gmail.com).​​

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION​

• Depending on the status of your order, we may cancel or make certain changes to your order. Promptly contact a Customer Service representative at sb.ateliercreatif@gmail.com  to know the possibilities. ​​

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

• Web order processing is carried out from Monday to Friday.  Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the first following business day. Please allow up to 72 hours (1 to 3 business days) for your order to be prepared.​

​

• Shipping is done by Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as they take possession of the package. Your package may be handed over to third parties (USP, DHL, etc.) for final delivery to your country. In either case, you can track the delivery using the tracking number received in your shipping confirmation.​

• A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of purchase.

• Once the package has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery times depend on the destination address, Sb atelier Créatif has no control over this time and is not responsible for it.

SHIPPING COSTS​

• Free worldwide shipping.

• ​Products shipped outside of Canada sometimes incur additional charges beyond our control. Therefore, the recipient of the items is responsible for all customs taxes and import duties required for the import and export of the goods. Any taxes, fees or other additional charges required to clear the package will also be paid in full by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Accordingly, we will not be able to advise you or provide any assistance with these processes.
